Some of my friends have said they are too imitated to approach black women. I guess there is this fear that they will be rudely rejected, at least that was my experience. When I introduced them to my current girlfriend they were all surprised at how kind hearted she was. Are white men worried about being rejected by black women? Or do white men just don’t know what their missing?
Have you been on Yahoo Answers? Half the black girls on here are supposedly with or married to a white guy…
Seriously though. Its because:
White Men:
-are usually not attracted to black women
-are brought up to like white women (and sometimes asian or latin-american women)
-some are afraid of being rejected by a black woman like you have said
-are afraid of dealing with the racist black men who accuse them of "taking their women"
-don’t want to be accused of having a racial fetish
Black Women:
-are usually only attracted to black men
-usually distrust white men and feel that he has ulterior motives
-will not date a white man because of the past history involving slavery and racism
-are also afraid of being rejected (it goes both ways too)
-don’t want to be called sellouts by their friends and family for not dating a black man
I’m very happy for you and your girlfriend and hope it works out for you.

actually they’re getting more and more common everyday. A lot of white men think we only like black men. That’s not true at all. Also a lot of white men are intiminated by us. (Hey I see why. Look at how gorgeous we are!) lol. You also have some of us who just straight up prefer white men. Like me.
My bf is white. There is hope for you out there. Just believe in yourself. =)

I lived in Trinidad as a UK Ex-Pat for 6 years and we had many white guys come over and end up marrying a local girl. Mind you, I’m not surprised some of the mixed race girls over there are stunning!
So I don’t believe white men are intimidated it may be that the opportunities aren’t as prevalent over here.

To be completely honest..in my experience (speaking for myself…) many black girls are very standoffish…or hmmm…let’s say loud…very up front.
Not that many whites or other races are as up front as black girls. I am not used to such attitude and up-frontness. That’s just me.
Though I wouldn’t mind dating a black girl given that she isn’t too loud and she is kind and respectful.

They don’t know what they’re missing. A lot of white men are worried about being rejected also some are concern what there friends and family will think of them but if they put themselves in a box they will never live there life through there own will. Thats why I see so many older bw/wm couples now a days were talking 50-70s they waited until every factor(friend,family member etc) in their life died or they just got fed up for not being with who they really wanted to be they realize for the golden age of their lives they want to be happy and could care less what others think.
There are also plenty of black women that have this silly notion white men don’t want them or only want them for sexual purposes which is not true and true. There are some white men that aren’t attracted to black women but the same can be said for some black women not being attracted to white men. The whole sexual thing all men want women for sexual reasons at the beginning it’s just human nature but I wouldn’t stop that from not dating outside my race. Once a guy see’s you for the beautiful soul you are sex becomes second thought to wanting to get to know you better.

Very easy to answer you, its genes,we want, as does all races to reproduce ourselves, black women, are veiwed as a complete waste of time, were as black males can reproduce there own kind out of white women, sorry but on the whole we are not interested, any more than we are in mars alien live forms.
