Has anyone else wondered why Black men and white women relationships are so common? everywhere you go you see it.. but what i don’t get is the fact that if it were not for a black women and a white man Richard loving (white) and his wife Mildred (black) then interracial relationships between any couple would have still been illegal. Why haven’t more black women married white men since it was made legal by a white man and a black women?

I see alot of bashing on this forum between the two races (white women and black men) and i really don’t see why there is so much tension? both know deep down inside that not ALL white men and black women are ugly that there are attractive ones in each race but both seem to be so hard stricken and determined to say that ALL white men and black women are ugly which is why they tend to not date each other.. i don’t get it? Yes i am aware that white men and black women are the third most common interracial relationship BUT it should still be at the top more common then black men and white women since we were the ones that made it LEGAL for them to even date or get married.
Why do i care? you ask, well i care because the love of my life is white and black men seem to stare as if its the first time they see a white man with a black women when we were the ones to make it legal for them and there white girlfriend to date.
I agree with you, i dont understand why its not as common as black men dating white women if not even more so. Im dating a black women right now and I do see alot more of that pairing but your right its not as popular as white women and black men. I dont have a problem with interracial relationships so it does not bother me that black men are dating white women.. i just get annoyed when people seem to make it a problem cause i am dating a black girl. Even if a black guy is with a white girl he would still be staring and my girlfriend and I.. its halarious cause you can tell that he thinks that we are going to have a reaction to them when we dont.

Get over yourself. Your a sellout and no one cares. White women always liked black men but since the slave times they were forbidden and would have to do it in secret, even a white woman loved malcolm X but couldnt publicly, they PAID to have sex with us. Because black women since then have started to act out like men. If you look at the time, black women then were expected to be thin, cater to the man like Richard’s wife midred and they were submissive. Now black women are the complete opposites which turn us off from them. Asian women are now submissive and obey there men and are in shape, which is why we tend to go for them now instead of black women. The minute asian women start to act the way black women are acting is the minute we stop dating them.
dont get me wrong i know not all black women are like this.. but you go to admit its rare to meet an obediant, well kept and in shape black girl.. and if you do meet one she is already taken by another white man.

OMG! Black women don’t want to be with White men because they raped our ancestors for 400 freaking years!!!! I’m sick of people acting like that has no role in it. It does, because I respect my ancestors not to let some White guy **** me unless I actually love him and he loves me. Which doesn’t happen often, so few Black women are running to White men.

Actually, I think that is the most rarest IR couple. Most white women prefer white men and Black men prefer BW or latinas. I’ve never seen a white woman with a black men.
